The hotel is really really good! The service is literally excellent & the breakfast is good & the hotel is very clean. The view is stunning! The room aren’t luxurious but in my opinion it’s still quite good.

Very great.

Take the funicular up to the hotel & have a drink or lunch on the balcony which overlooks the city & gives fantastic views of Lake Lucerne.  Very friendly staff & not too expensive. Try it & relax whilst sipping a glass of Prosecco.

Great Views of Luzern

Quite good, in my room there was no hairdryer and no shower cream only a soap. But I ask for a hairdryer and they gave me one. Breakfast is simple and small, one juice and only one type of small pain. Normally you get an offer of different kind of small pains. Good to get a warm ovomaltine with a ovomaltine cup.  
Enough parking space for cars and they offer restaurant hours from 18-20 in the evening. You can get vegetarian and meat food and sorts of Swiss beer. 

Pilatus trip 

We stayed here on an overnight stop while driving to Italy and it's a real little gem. The family room was large and comfortable with bunk beds that the kids loved and everything was spotless. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We also ate here in the evening and had a great schnitzel!
