The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute walk from Lake Geneva. It is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast includes everything you need for a great start to the day. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to thank **Dunya at the reception desk** for her understanding, kindness, and assistance. Her help was truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
