On June 1, 2023, we celebrated our class meeting with 26 participants with Apero and lunch in the Winter Garden. The whole arrangement was excellent. The food was also very tasty and served quickly. We were served by Leonie Bear very kindly and efficiently. The whole company was satisfied and will continue to recommend the restaurant. Thank you.

Very friendly service and nice location highly recommended

On the good side -
Rooms - The room where we stayed seemed like a newly renovated one.
Romm's Facilities - All facilities were of a very good standard - mattresses, faucets, etc.
Room size - The room as well as the shower were spacious and the design of them was also very nice.
Pre arriving requests fulfillment - The hotel was attentive to our request sent in advance, to reserve for us a quiet room.

On the needed to be improved side -
Cleanliness - In the bathroom near the sink, were medications that were not ours and probably were left there by previous guests.
Breakfast - The breakfast was quite basic without a buffet but just pre-organized plates covered with plastic wrap.
The lady explained to us that on Mondays they do not open the buffet, we did not see in advance any note on it while booking.
Off-hour entrance - We were not informed by the receptionist that the main doors to the hotel are locked at a certain time in the evening and so I found myself out of the hotel. In my case it was not a problem as there was still a lady at the restaurant that cleaned there the floor (and my wife was in our room at that time).

A very nice place to stay with some issues that can get better.

We just finished our vacation in Switzerland... a very clean and spacious hotel, super friendly staff and good food.

I've been coming to Gibswilerstube for many years to indulge myself culinarily. Whether it's after walking in the beautiful pub or after a great bike tour. You'll always be warmly received and friendly and attentive. A super functioning team.

Simply Enjoy

It's a beautiful hotel with rooms completely renovated two years ago. Spacious, quiet. Good breakfast, brunch buffet on Sunday morning included with the room. The restaurant is good with a nice terrace overlooking a super park for children with Tyrolean and small train running through the garden. The staff is adorable and there is a place to park bicycles at night.

We were at the Gibswilerstube dining room today. We were warmly received. We were served very kindly and the food came instantly. The food was delicious, fresh and very fine. Here is hospitality - thank you very much.

Just fine!

I ordered one of the three vegetarian dishes called vegetarian curry and quickly found a piece of meat in the food. After I reported it to the waiter, he came back a little later and said that the cook said it was a piece of lemon grass. Although lemon grass was an essential part of this dish, I can very well distinguish between the dominant taste of lemon grass and that of meat. Both my wife and I were sure that this must have been a piece of meat and nothing else.

Definitely not a place for vegetarians!

This is a great place.

After the renovation or new construction, we had the opportunity to test the new Gibswilerstube hotel. Little things, finesse, nuances that need to be improved - of course it does. But... a very big compliment to everyone who has realized this dream. I felt like I was in a different world, in a different place. The love of detail Istanbul felt throughout the hotel as in the guest room, but also in the park for the children. Dear Priska, Ari and team, we wish you a full house and only satisfied guests.

Like God in France...

The gardening industry is very beautifully laid out. The food and drink selection is very rich. The prices are absolutely fine. The service was extremely nice and competent. You feel welcome immediately and can enjoy the evening.
