1. No a/c in the room. 2. No mini bar for food. When we asked for one, the reception desk said they have none free and that they are fully booked, which was a lie according to trivago. 3. Hotel looked like cheap apartment building and the cost is high. 4. It is suitable for kids more than adults. 5. Breakfast is very limited consisting mainly on bread and boiled eggs. 6. No kettle in the room. 7. We left a day early and no response on that from the reception desk, but he did want to charge us for 2 coffees we didn't have. 8. Mattresses are old.
