We stayed only one night but we had a really good experience. Catherine and Nikolas were very kind and sweet. The location was a bit difficult to find yet the neighborhood was very quiet. It was a bit late to check in but the self check in was very easy, we felt so relaxed. The room was clean with the bathroom and toilet well facilitated. There was even variety of tea in the room for us to make. They were very busy but we were able to greet with Nikolas and Catherine prepared really nice breakfast. We even chatted a lot before we were off. Thank you Catherine and Nikolas, we wholeheartedly recommend this B&B.

Really lovely B&B experience!

After the positive reviews we stayed with them.  First of all it was very hard to find.  We were told that no one would be there the next morning and breakfast would layer out.  The next morning we found dried bread, dried meat, dry cheese..very unappetizing.  We have stayed at many b & bs in Europe over the years and this was by far the worse breakfast.  The wifi went out the next morning, but no one was there.  The accommodations were very adequate.  Very overpriced at $110 fr.

Disappointing stay

The room is very nice, the location is nice and calm, you have parking in the drive way, the owners are a nice family of two grown ups and two kids, the kids are very quiet and sweet. You will be asked what you like for breakfast, it's a full breakfast with home made jams (which are very nice) the rest is a different meats and cheeses, Super coffee and the owner find a way to make you kids smile!

Very nice B&B

Noir Pinot is a wonderful B&B that my husband and I wholeheartedly recommend. Noir Pinot is well situated within Malans: a variety of hiking paths are easily accessible from the B&B and the Malans Postplatz bus stop is about a 5 minute walk from the B&B's front door. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were very clean and thoughtfully prepared. Available in the room were an assortment of herbal and caffeine teas that we could make, as well as apples and chocolates. Breakfasts were truly extraordinary, complete with an assortment of Swiss treats (from local meats and cheeses to local honey and homemade jams), coffee, tea, juice, milk and water presented very beautifully each morning. Last, but certainly not least, Noir Pinot's owners' excellent hosting skills helped us feel at ease and at home throughout our stay. We will always have wonderful memories of Malans, Switzerland and Christmas 2013, thanks to Noir Pinot!
