This hotel, open to all winds, is exceptionally poorly maintained. There are no entrance doors and people are running around the hotel and trying to force my door around 2am. The next day I am covered in buttons, there are bed bugs. A road disaster, a disgrace to Switzerland, a hotel unworthy of Kosovo!

My worst stay in Switzerland

To the rescue, I ran away after a night when I had booked two nights. It was cold in the room when there was snow and heavy rain that day in April, there was smoke smelling in the room and corridors, the window that opened was only holding onto a gondola, the hotel seemed to accommodate residents on the edge of the system.

I left earlier than I expected.

For a few nights it's still fine considering the price... there would be some details to do (not necessarily expensive) to improve the comfort of the travelers, but it's still fine. Thanks to our host for the very friendly welcome we liked very much:-) Very quiet and very charming place and two steps from the lake. So we recommend and we'll come back. Its old and family side, its charm and originality. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable, we slept well.

Correct for a two-star.

No one when I arrived, the whole hotel seemed abandoned, the old, fresh dining room, no front desk, people with problems moved into a part of the hotel according to the neighbors interviewed. I was able to go through the whole hotel (kitchens, hallways of rooms, private part) without ever meeting anyone. And when we call, we find the phone ringing in the void, abandoned on a desk in a hallway. The only sign of presence, a couple swallowing like a zipper behind a room door... hallucinating!

Hotel and price for three stars respectively. Hotel reception is not occupied until 08:00 at night. Breakfast is only available from 08:00. Unnecessary, noisy, sleep-depriving, quarter-hour bell ringing from the opposite church tower for 24 hours.

Hotel okay, sleeping nightly bell bells

It is a family-run hotel. It is located in the old quarter of Saint-Blaise. I arrived at this hotel I never found the reception... When we climbed into the staircase cage (tour) we smell of locked up. Small room (TV, no strong case, the summer is a wooden board) with shower (no dry-hair), renovated WC. The room has been renovated (painting, room door and windows). View of the lake.

At night

We recently spent three nights in this charming hotel. I found the manager very pleasant and helpful, lending us an adaptor for our plugs. Breakfast was sufficient, the croissants were perfect. The room was large and extremely clean, with a really nice bathroom with both bath and shower. It looked as if it had recently been refurbished. 
The church bells did not annoy us, as the windows were double glazed, and the bells are part of the charm of the town. I would return to this hotel again.

Very nice

We arrived in the dark, the hotel signs were nowhere to be found, but the navigator showed the building confidently, and they found the owner in the restaurant, and he settled in, showing them a few rooms to choose from. It's all very modest and old-fashioned, but by the standards of Switzerland, it's a great price.

Hotel for one night

Small old but charming hotel because it is located in a very old house. Warm home, small but clean room, very hard bed, no wood! No hair dryer and broken tiles. Convenient Italian shower. Simple but sufficient lunch, included in the room price. Dangerous staircase, hotel not closed at night. Price report quality correct.

Old but charming

Historic hotel, beautiful medieval facade. Charming owners. Nice room and very clean. Good bed (hard mattress). Ideal location, close to Neuchatel and very well served by public transport (bus, train or boat). Many dangerous stairs and not at all convenient if you have suitcases. No elevator. No hair dryers. Hot tub with cold gel and shampoo. Breakfast tres devvant (minimum strict) and a little old room.
