We have stopped just over for lunch and it was only take away because of pandemie but they were very sweet and friendly. The food was great. Highly recommend the fried fish from the lake. There is also a hotel. I am sure it would have been nice too

Great stop for lunch

We stopped by due to a lot of upcoming traffic in the Lucerne Area and we weren't disappointed. 

They serve various meat, vegetarian and fish menus from local lakes. The Egli filets were excellent, as well as the Horsd’œuvre plate with various delicious items.

The view is nice although there is a lot of traffic from cars and trains just in front of the restaurant. 

Sunday Dinner with lake view

It's a good bed and breakfast place. This a old property but well maintained!
I enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. There is a lake in front of the hotel. We took some morning walks. The breakfast was average no hot food. The owner also has a restaurant below the hotel. The food is very tasty and I would suggest to go there for dinner or lunch during your stay.  The location is perfect as it is close to Interlaken and Lucerne. That was our highlight  during the stay. Their ice cream desserts are just outstanding, Let's talk about the value when comes to stay. The bedrooms have thin walls we can hear the other room TV noise. I also felt the price for the room is quite expensive as they are not that fancy and no hot breakfast.  Anyways you are in Swiss and everything is expensive.

Stayed here for a week for Business, realy nice place.
Heidi the owner realy went out of her way to make you feel at home.
Stunning view over the lake and views of the surrounding mountains.

Lovely place!!

Really enjoyed my stay

Stayed there as part of the Via Sprinz walk. Opted for a newly renovated room. Very friendly hosts, great food, in particular the fish dishes were outstanding. Plan the time to walk there as it's not downtown.

 We had a wonderful stay in this haus. located in the middle, where easy access to the places of tourism around.
Its a family lovely house in a wonderful rural area. The atmosphere of the nature near the quiet amazing lake very relaxing. The hotel manager madam Heidi at the top of morality and goodness, she is very friendly also her husband and all the staff, they do best to satisfy their guests. I really appreciate their efforts. Thank you dear madam Heidi we love  you so much 😙. It's one of the hotels that deserve to be back again
