What was good

The staff are amazing, I can only recommend them but I have to be honest about the hotel. I think it is conveniently located though 2 stops away from Zurich HB main station. very kind staff

What was bad

No tissue, no water bottle Not even phone in the room to call reception, you’ll have to go downstairs and speak directly to the staff. The shower doesn’t have a closed door so the water leaks at the toilet area. You will have to borrow hairblower at the reception and pray that it’s available, they don’t bother to offer basic things here.
