Amazing all round. Extremely friendly staff (Fatima & Fateema) who went out of their way on several occasions. Very helpful and even made us a 6 day itinerary! Hotel is in an excellent location near to the tram, bakeries, supermarket and a chestnut stall. Hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. Beds very comfortable and all updated amenities that you need. They say it’s a free mini bar - this consists of two bottles of water, a lemonade and an orange. Two coffee capsules and milk is provided once a day but no problem to ask for extra. I would return to this hotel again.
