What was good

I have loved staying at this hotel before, I would like to hope that things will pick up in the future

What was bad

I suffer from asthma and on my first evening in the room i started to be poorly. On the third morning my son saw that under the bed was dirty, photo taken. There was warm tap water in a bottle which stayed there for 3 days, surely a medium for bacteria. The same dirty water glass was on my bedside table for 3 days. I have never paid for car parking, this time I had to pay 20 francs a day. I am disappointed in Hotel Sternen , I was very poorly with my asthma because of a lack of cleanliness. I have been staying here for several years now it's never been this bad Almost
