Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that: - Check-in time starts from 14:30. Check-out time is before 10:00. - Smoking, drinking and betel nut chewing are not allowed in the room. - Please make sure to lock the door and bring your valuables when you leave the room. The property is not responsible for personal belongings that get damaged or stolen in the room. - The maximum amount of people staying in each room is subject to the room policy. - Please keep your voice down after 22:00. - If guests need to purchase ferry ticket, rent a car or motorbike, please contact the property in advance - Please purchase extra service upon check-in if it's needed. (extra bed, snorkeling, tickets to hot spring, ferry ticket, fishing, car rental, night tour or booking for barbeque restaurant) The property provides a breakfast voucher, which can be used at a designated restaurant nearby.
