【 千万不要住这里 - 没礼貌及不老实的屋主 - 我们被骗了】

* 我们预定“私人浴室双人房”，屋主却给了我们“共用浴室房”，还欺骗说因为预防火警措施，浴室就坐落在外面。我再上网查询再确认，肯定是被骗了。付了私人浴室的房价，却住进了公用浴室房。期间还有其他房客共用我们的浴室。打了电话给屋主要求换房，他很没礼貌的坚持着，要嘛多补差价入住家庭套房，要嘛搬走，不退钱。这行为让我简直觉得男主人简直不可理喻！里面附上照片，希望大家不要再被骗了.
* 帮我们办理入住手续的男屋主， 待人不友善没礼貌。坐着沙发按手机，我们需要向前向他递上护照文件，也没看我们一眼。
* 现金付款后，男屋主说事后再找零钱。（事后不了了之，我们都还没拿回余额）
* 入住地点与Booking.com不符合，在令一个地方。
* 房间很脏，窗帘坏了也没修理。浴室很旧很脏，是坐落在楼梯下的一个小空间，高度很矮，还敲到我们的头。

BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE - owner is dishonest and rude - we were cheated

1. We booked a room with private toilet but was allocated a room with shared toilet. We reconfirm through the website and requested to change the room, but was replied with rudeness by the owner, either we top up for a family room or move out. The toilet was shared with other tenants from the room beside us. 
2. When we reach the property, the owner just sat at the couch demanding our passport to check for our booking. He didn’t even had any eye contact with us.
3. We paid 650 for our nights stay but wasn’t given any change back even though he promised so.
4. The address was different from the ones given, you register your stay at the address given and he will direct you to stay at another place which was 10 mins away.
5. Room was dirty and the curtains were spoiled. Toilet is old and very filthy, located underneath the staircase where you have to bend over to use the toilet. 

I feel disgusted by the place and especially the owner’s attitude. Please stay away from this property

Less than 10 minutes walk from bus station.  This is a new townhouse and our room is on 2nd floor.  If you have big luggage, it will be tough to carry up and down.  Room is supposed to be non-smoking but there was smoking odor.  Room is good size, comes in 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds.  Bathroom comes with shower only but good size.  Pillows are too soft.  Quiet neighborhood.  Check-in is easy and people are friendly.  If you don't drive, going to Kenting will take quite a bit of time by taking public transit.  Taxi will cost about $300 Taiwanese dollars per way.  We picked this hotel because hotels.com does not have hotels available in Kenting which is annoying!  Next time I will use Agoda when going back to Kenting!  Staying at Hengchun is too far to go to Kenting if not driving.

Initial difficulties due to overbooking the hostel due to a concert & lack of language skills on both sides; but everything could be quickly resolved. Host doesn't speak English, but always has jmd on hand. Nothing for people who don't want to get involved in the country & people. Hostel consists of 3 houses. Hostman takes care extremely well, BBQ & bar evenings or you just sit together and chat - have never seen a host who keeps his shops together & makes for a good hostel community.

If you've been to Hangchun for a couple of days, this hotel is a great choice! Located in the city center, the bus stop that goes to different points in Kandy (oceanarium, lighthouse, beach), as well as to Fangliao station, Zuoying HSR in a couple of minutes walk. There are shops (7-Eleven, Family Mart) and cafes nearby, to the old town and shopping street of Hangchun 10 minutes walk. Very welcoming hostess who helped to plan time and travel around Kandy. If you want to rent a scooter, an electric bike, the hostess will help. For an international model electric bike, you don't need anything.

Convenient location

Arrived at the Time House Villa for a 2 nights stay and we enjoyed our stay. A new hostel, with new and very clean facilities. We very much appreciated the high speed wifi, and complimentary mineral water. The owner/ operator of the hostel is a very helpful individual and was kind enough to show us around town as well as give us directions to and fro attractions. Other facilities included 2 top load washing machines, car rental, TV and clean towels. Our room was on the third floor, so it must be noted that this is not a facility for the old or those with knee or respiratory problems as the stairs are quite steep.

We note that the area is also very safe for tourists. 

My only regret is I don't speak a word of Chinese, and the owner speaks no English at all. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again.
