The room is dark, mouldy and water damaged.
Definitely not a resort.
Cracks in floorboards, rusty door frames, dirty bathroom walls and musty cupboards.
Very disappointing.
Can't wait to leave the property.
Will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Poorly maintained, at best two star motel

The family room on top floor is good with nice big Onsen tub for 2 or 3 people and the family room comes with a balcony. 
Although not much view due to many buildings nearby. 
Breakfast is set meal with pre-order. So so. 

Good family spa B&B 

Stayed for a couple of nights. Very nice room with huge tub that was filled from the natural hot springs that make Jiaoxi we’ll known. Unfortunately room air conditioning was very noisy. Convenient location in quiet area just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Also walkable from bus and train stations. Breakfast was limited to three choices which were ‘OK’ but not familiar breakfast fayre for western palates. Overall the hotel was pleasant and had a nice, slightly quirky/hippy feel to it.

Decent enough

Location:
Accessible to eateries and mrt, about 10mins walk. Nice and quiet surroundings as it is not along the main road :)

Decor:
Lovely decor with a cozy, homely feel :) 

Room:
Booked 3 nights in the “superior mountain side” room which is way bigger at 43m compared to the “standard city view”. The smaller room would’ve been enough for myself alone if not for the “mountain view” that I was hoping to see :|

View:
There isn’t much of a mountain view at all as stated in agoda ad. In fact, it was mainly roads and carparks. Disappointing given I paid S$40+ extra just for the view :(

Balcony:
There’s a balcony in the room but was not not accessible :(

Bed:
Very comfy big bed with nice fluffy pillows. I slept well throughout the 3 nites there :))

Privacy:
Only 17 rooms with 3 on each floor. Had a peaceful and quiet time throughout my stay :)

Bathroom:
Massive with 2 sinks, separate shower area and enormous hot spring tub (takes about 30mins to fill) that could fit 2-3 adults. There’s a speaker box at tv area that connects music from my iPhone (via Bluetooth) which brings about a surround sound in the bathroom through the vents on the bathroom ceiling. Amazing! :)))

Toiletries:
The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturiser were aplenty and of excellent quality. Too bad they manufacture in their own factory and don’t sell to public, if not I would have bought! :))

Service:
Generally helpful staff, including housekeeping and reception, especially the guy in the afternoon shift who was friendly and warm :)

Food:
Breakfast was average with the same menu daily. Chicken was way tastier and bigger than the fish. Toasted buns were yummy but tiny. Didn’t keep me full very long. Buffet would have been better. The kitchen closes at 5pm so I had to find food elsewhere in the evenings :(

Mini bar:
Drinks and snacks are complimentary and free-flow :)

Overall still very much enjoyed my stay here but I would say, don’t expect much from the breakfast and view....book the superior mountain side view for the size and not for the view. 

Luxurious hot spring B&B

The room is nice, the bed is comfortable and the hot spring in the room is excellent. I soak for 3 times. Near by got some restaurant is nice and the price is reasonable. The breakfast just normal they bring in to your room.

Nice hot spring hotel

This hotel located a little bit far from the train station and could be reached in ten minutes on foot.

The hot springs bath is large and the room is well equipped too, breakfast is serve in room with both local or western choices.

Only problem is there are some small flies probably because of the damp, they didn’t bite me anyway .

It is a small hotel around 10 min walk away from Jiaoxi TRA station. Small hotel with only  3 rooms every floor. The spa is in the room. I book a family room with 2 big beds. 
Breakfast is set meals and delivered to the room. So nice!!
