Stayed for 2 nights, got the comfy double room by the road. Very convenient location - right off Exit 9 of Formosa Station and literally steps away from Liuhe Night Market. Showers always with warm and strong water. Nice and approachable staff, too. And I will stay there again should I have that opportunity to visit KHH in the future:)

This hostel is just next to Exit 9's Formosa Boulevard MRT Station. Very strategic location and convenient. Just down at the corner around Exit 11's Formosa Boulevard MRT station is where Liuhe Night Market appears in the evening. Staff are helpful. The common area was uniquely nice and comfortable, with almost fully equipped with cutleries and plates. 

Stayed in the dorm of 6 beds in the male dorm. The bed was comfortable. Can control the aircon (just don't turn it too low or it'll be very hot and stuffy). Male's common bathroom and toilet are adequate but it can also be improved at Level 4's bathroom where the water heater was not consistent, almost got burn during the shower. 

If you need a comfy stay at the strategic spot with a budget, you can consider this place.

Next to the MRT station, I could find eatery, food market and nice cafe near by.
The second time stayed at double room, it was dirtier than last time, I found someone's hair on the pillow and bed, mirror frame was dusty.

Budget stay

I guess it’s time to experience a different place to stay next time, I came back to this hotel knowing that I will still get the same experience. 
The truth is it’s still a bit pricey for a hostel, but I returned because it was impressive the last time.

Toilet: it was very bad, nobody cleans the toilet the last time I stayed it was always clean. I thought maybe now they have certain timing in cleaning the toilet but when I came back from the tour, it was still a messy and the toilet bowl was so dirty.

Breakfast: When I booked the hotel it says breakfast included and I know that there will be basic breakfast coz I have stayed in the hotel before, but now they don’t serve anymore and the staff did not even informed me during the check in time. 
It was very disappointing coz when I asked the staff about it they made me feel like I’m stupid because they said they don’t serve breakfast ever since, then I told the staff that I was here before and the staff was shocked and came up with an excuse that they stop serving breakfast last month only, but before that the staff was so confident when he told me that they never serve breakfast before. 

Staff: They are not approachable at all and very defensive. Maybe communication barriers I’m not sure.

Location: Well location is still convenient. 



Think before you Book. Not as good as Before 

First of all: Thank you very much to Ruby at the front desk who helped me to find my credit card that I lost in the middle of the city late at night!!!! I can’t imagine what would I do without your help. 
When the staff is so kind and helpful, it really makes a foreigner to feel at home!  
Now about the hostel: it has the best location in the city (right in front of mrt station). The spacious, cozy and well designed lounge area is a great place to hangout.  Sometimes they organize free events and show movies there. The rooms are clean, spacious, have windows and quiet. I had a very good sleep.  The hostel is super clean and very well designed.  The staff very polite, kind, patient and professional.  Everything is just right about this place!!! Will definitely come back!
