The room is decent sized for Asia. But the bathroom is tiny. It has a plastic portable tub that is too small to bathe in, but too big to not block the shower. The shower doesn't have it's own stall, so it just sprays in the direction of the tub. When you shower, the water runs past the toilet, and under the sink. So the floor is wet all day. The fixtures are very old looking. It does have a washer on the tiny balcony, and that was nice. The view from the 28th floor at night is great. But during the day you mostly just see the building under construction across the street.  I based my three rating relative to price. I don't expect a cheap hotel to be wonderful.

Bad bathroom

Nice little apartment with cosy bed, TV, Fridge, shower, bath tub, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, free internet, small lounge, kitchen sink, bath and face towels. Unfortunately Bath room does not have any hanging hooks / rack.

Convenient and Cosy

This place is located very near Kaohsiung Landmark 85 sky tower Hotel, i booked 2 apartment 5paxs at #11-09, 4paxs at #19-10. Mini balcony with view of 85 sky tower Hotel, led illuminated Ferris wheel of Dream mall. There is a family mart downstair which can cater all basic neccessities. There is a very old-time mini cafe(七分之七早午餐室) downstair which serves really cheap and very nice breakfast and lunch. Please dont expect too highly of the apartment but if u just going to stay 1-2days, its definitely a worthwile place to stay!

A short stay in kaohsiung

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Sanduo Shopping District station. We stayed in a quadruple room (1 double bed + 2 roll-away beds) for 4D3N.

Housekeeping is done daily and includes changing used towels, toilet-cleaning and replenishing toiletries. The service did not include bedroom floor-cleaning though. The washing machine (function buttons in Chinese) at the balcony comes in handy if you are staying for a long period. You just need to buy some detergent. 

Room service is available if you would like to order some food or drinks. Just make a call (personal mobile phone) to the cafe nearby and they will be delivered to you. Menu includes sandwiches, burgers, noodles etc. 

Our room was on the 32nd floor and we had an awesome view of the city at night! Overall, very satisfied with the hotel:)

Great location, value for money

This B&B is located in a residential building like most of B&B in Taiwan.  Their rooms are on different floors.  Each room has different decoration so you may not like the room you are allocated to if you don't like the deco.  We happened to get one we really hated.  It might be just because we arrived in the evening and the room's colour was pretty dark and there was not enough lighting so the room looked really terrible.  We were afraid the B&B would refuse our request to swap for another room.  So we made up a story.  But the staff were really helpful to get us another one.  I felt really bad about making up a story.

Rooms come with all amenities that you can see in hotels and basic furnitures that you would have at home.  One of the rooms we had came with a microwave oven.  What is even better is that their rooms come with washing machines.  Will definitely book this B&B again if I'll even visit Kaohsiung again.
