Reception staffs are nice and room is clean. Seems just rebuilt it recently. Price is acceptable. Besides, location is perfect. Near the MRT system and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The only thing needs to improve is breakfast. If they make it more various, I definitely will book it again next time.

Recommend this hotel

This place has gotten better over the years. I've stayed here about 4 times since 2009. First time they were going through complete renovation, this time they were just adding a bakers kitchen on the first floor to expand their food selection for breakfast. It was a bit expensive this time compared to other time but it was the New Year and they had almost all floors occupied $70 USD. We did have to switch rooms due to the noise level on the second floor. I find the rooms simple and modern. Many people may find the bathroom design a bit odd since water can exit the shower on to the tile floor. The design of the bathroom is nessary to keep the bathroom clean and free of mold. If you are from outside the country please be aware the you can not flush toilet paper down the toilet, you must place your paper in the trash. Taiwan does not have the same sewer system like the US. They provide water and slippers, which is nice for the area. I would classify this hotel as medium level since there is no amenities, except for breakfast. Which they offer cereal, coffee and toast for us Americans that may not be used to a typical Asian breakfast. The hotel is in a pretty quiet area compared to some hotels that are directly on the main street, Dapingling MRT station is close by and many food and shopping is just two to three blocks away. Would recommend if you find yourself in the area.

New Name "Hotel 2010 Ailee"

Came here and checked in yesterday. Staff are courteous and the room is cosy, equipped with all necessary. Bottled water is available and a purifying water machine is available on level two all time to provide warm and hot water for free. Breakfast is simple. The environment is hygienic and clean. Metro, restaurants, shops are in the vicinity. Uber ride from Songshan International Airport cost 514 Taiwan Dollars. I recommend this place for both business and leisure if one is not brand conscious.

A warm and simple touch

Water is hot and sheets are clean, so that's really all you need. WiFi works and is around 30Mb/sec (and free). Breakfast is inedible, but as this is Taipei, fabulous food is just around the corner. Had to move rooms because there was no light in the bathroom at the sink. Second room is fine. 

Typical partial glass barrier in the bathroom, so when you shower you wet down the entire bathroom.
