...I've stayed in many budget places in my life, this time due to the holiday season everything was booked out so I decided to go for sth 'more fancy'. I would pick any kind of hostel over this nightmare. I paid as much as for 3* hotel in the central Rome and the room I got seemed only good for shooting a horror film... The ratings on Agoda are utterly fake, I can not understand how anybody could give this place any credit...
~ RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED
~ terrible location, with super loud street, impossible to open a window and not go crazy with the noise
~ the flooring looks like it has seen Koxinga times, the carpet stinks of mold, has holes and stains all over
~ towels seemed to be clean, but had pubic hair.............
It was simply horrible! At the end of the day it is only a place to sleep in, but it was so bad, that I went through two sleepless, restless nights. Hated every minute of it.

If you don't want your holiday ruined, stay out of it.

The absolute worst place EVER!!

Opposing to the previous post I think the location was not really convenient, about 6 k away from the center.
The hotel probably had it's best days 40years ago and it looks like ever since they didn't change anything. Our room and the floor a carpet wich really stank and was not only covered with dust but also had burned spots and stains all over it.
The room was so smelly that we had to open a window to be able to sleep. That didn't really help, since the road outside is really loud and busy all night. Only with earplugs we could manage to get some rest.

The toilet was ok but the rest of the room wasn't really cleaned. The bathtub was disgusting, looked like it never was cleaned before. 
We paid 45EUR (special offer) per night for our "deluxe room". Safe the money and book a hostel. You'll get a better accommodation there.

Terrible place

One of cheapest single private rooms I've found in the area. 
Nothing more than a place to crash while spending the rest of the day out. 
Location is convenient, right outside the busy central area, along one of main roads, with fast food, local restaurants and convenient stores all around.
Staff is kind and helpful.
I was about to give a three dot score as the place, while with not very charming and surely not new, gives you what it promises - free wifi, extremely convenient indoor parking spot, everything in the room was functional and the toilet was okay - but I low it at two as on my first night the sheets weren't very clean, and on the second one the wifi connection didn't work, which was not that great.

Not terrible but could be better

The entrance to the hotel looks promising although we could smell the stench of cigarette smoke from the lobby.  As we approached our rooms, the stench grew in intensity only to be made worse by the ongoing traffic from the main road in front of the building.  We asked to change to another room only to be informed that they're fully booked.  My sister and I hardly slept all night.
