Wes stayed for 5 nights. Amazing location in the middle of the city and near the main station. Lots of food options around the area as well. Rooms are clean as well. Good option for solo or 2 traveller. 

Great location

The location is good. The room is nice and affordable. I haven’t encountered issues during my stay there. I thought I would hear some noise sine this is located in the busy street of Taipei, surprisingly I had a good night sleep. The staff are all accommodating. I recommend this if you’re a budget-conscious traveler. 

Good place for backpackers and solo travelers

It's a nice, clean hostel with good bathroom and showers. The best feature is the curtains and bed lights that provide privacy and allow you to stay up late and not bother others. They provide lockers and locks. The rooms are quite small with lots of bed, so very crowded with luggage and not a lot of space to put your belongings. There are a combination of single and double beds so that was nice for me and my daughter to spend time together. Our bed was awful. I woke up each morning so stiff and sore that I had to do a series of stretches in order to be able to do sightseeing each day and even with that, my back was in terrible pain by the end of the day. So, based on that, I would not stay there again. It really ruined my time in Taipei. I did not have that problem with other beds during the rest of my trip. Otherwise, it is a nice hostel.

It's ok

I stayed here 3 nights. Just took you 3-5mins from here to taipei station, Uniqlo, Shopping and food area.
Bathroom was very clean. 
Staffs were friendly and gave us many helpful informations during our stay
Highly recommend!

Good location and comfortable hostel

First time ever sleeping with this kind of setting. It is an interesting experiences. With 16 “pigeon hole” or capsule, you are to sleep in one being assign from the counter. Washroom and WC are setup be like hostel style.

Nearby are filled with some marts and 7-11 which is convenient. Worth it.

Sleep ‘n’ Go

Modern surroundings and centrally located, nearby the Main Station. 
Even though it is located in the heart of Taipei, there are no sound of traffic when you are inside the hostel. 

Some of the staff was very friendly and helped us with recommending good things to see and places to go.

We visited during the Chinese dragon boat holiday and all except us where Chinese. 

24 hour front desk, which is very convenient. 

The beds are very nice, because you are given a 1 or 2 person “box” to sleep in. Unfortunately the madras was very thin and without any possibility to have a extra, we where sleeping a bit hard. 
But clean and easy access to charge your electronic devices inside the “box”.

But many good things are offered like hairdryer, large shared bathrooms and shared fridge. Also you can rent towels and buy shampoo and what ever you might need.

Central located and modern.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife in the all female dorm. While there is nothing specifically ‘wrong’ with this hostel, there is very little right either. 
The mattresses on the beds are actually just thick pieces of foam which makes them pretty uncomfortable. The social space consists of two small round tables and three chairs. The staff are ok but not particularly friendly or helpful and one member of staff (a young guy with tattoos and a partially shaved head) had a very load and aggressive fight with one of the cleaners in the reception area at 7.30 one morning. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness! 
In the female bathroom area only 2 of the showers are functioning and have doors. One shower does not have a door and another seems to be in full working order but is being used as a storage room for cleaning supplies. 
This hostel claim to be a green hostel which is why you are not allowed to shower for longer than 7 minutes and they don’t provide shampoo etc. I would not complain about either of these things, however, their alternative to providing shampoo etc is to allow you to buy single use sachets from reception...THIS IS NOT GREEN!
Also, in relation to them being ‘green’, there is a fan in reception that is pointlessly running all day and there are no recycling bins anywhere in the hostel. I don’t think they are green, I think they are just cheap! 
Finally, they do have a disabled access shower and toilet but both are being used as storage rooms, which I think is a little counter productive. 
The only real pluses of this hostel are the location close to Taipei Main Station and good WiFi. 
I wouldn’t stay again. 

Lots of negatives!

Easy to get there from  the the bus and train terminal 400 meters 6 floors with the lift surrounded by food shops and restaurants, the hostel is very clean,  quiet , the dormitory are made from boxes that you enter in the front and closed with a curtain for privacy there is inside a bed side light and a plug for English, Amercaine and French access a looker is supplied with key and magnetic card to open the dormitory doors. Showers and toilets are very clean , no kitchen but microwave and hot water are supplied excellent Wi-Fi
