1. When the guests cancel the booking, they need to inform hotel and may ask the operator to return the payment according to the policy.
- Guests should be aware that the reservation date is only applicable to Taiwan time (UTC+8) and cannot claim other time zones.

2. If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to both parties, hotel shall immediately return all the deposit and other fees paid by the guests without interest.
- The principle of force majeure shall be announced by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications.
- The cause of force majeure is not determined by the guests , and the guests should be aware of the relevant risks before booking.
-For common force majeure events, relevant certificates must be provided, such as: temporary flight changes, natural disasters at departure or transit places...etc.

3. If the room conditions permit, the guests may request the hotel to assist in modifying the scheduled check-in date once within the free cancellation period, and a modification fee of $200 per time will be charged for the second time.

5. Three meals will be included and will be delivered by the hotel; guests cannot request a refund of the meal price due to their own dietary habits or other reasons, and meals are not included on the check-out day.
6. Quarantine guests should be aware of the various regulations for returning to Taiwan.
7. The person who book the quarantine room (including the person and the contact person for booking) should return the flight information within three days after booking and paying the deposit, unless the date has been agreed with the hotel, otherwise the hotel has the right to cancel the order.
8. Starting from June 22, 2021, close contacts of confirmed cases and those entering from abroad, regardless of whether they have symptoms or not, must undergo PCR testing before the home quarantine period expires.
Resident inspectors should prepare NT$500 (no change), or pay by credit card to the anti-epidemic bus.
