Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

Your deposit refunding will be postponed if cancellation happened less than three days before check-in day. 90% of the deposit is refundable when you cancel your booking three days before arrival. An extra quilt costs NTD100. An extra bed is NTD500 on regular days and NTD800 during Chinese Spring Festival. Check-in time is after 16:00. Check-out time is before 11:00.
