The blowdrying was terrible. She didn’t even finish the knots in my hairnbefore she started plaiting. I was like, ok maybe the actual braids will be better.

No, they weren’t. I was doing dirty brown braids so I expected her to tuck my natural hair to the back but she didn’t. The hair parting was also very bad. I found some lines were significantly bigger than others. 

Anyway from mt experince I don’t commend the salon

Pictures can be deceiving.   While this location is clean, close to town and has extremely friendly staff - it is dated, inexpensively furnished and a very nice 3* hotel but not the 4* I was expecting.

For a 2* hotel it is excellent - for  3*  it is above average.  It is worth the price of a room, but not the resort it sounded like on the website.

Worth the $$ but not the Resort expected

A lovely spot just outside of Arusha. We stayed here as part of our safari package with Safari Soles. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and are great value for the price. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

Very nice!

The hotel was reasonable for the price. The staff was extremely helpful. General manager Hanif was very helpful and cautious.
Breakfast was ok. Good at the restaurant was good. I stayed for 2 nights. Affordable and easy. The room was ok. Will recommend to my family and friends.

Terengeti Safari.

An amazing oasis on the outside of Arusha to refresh and use as a starting point for your adventures.  We stayed here as part of our 10 day safari with Safari Soles.  A very quiet boutique hotel that has everything you could want or need.  Work out rooms, pools, bar and food available anytime.  The staff is very attentive and front desk manager Geoffrey is there all hours of the day an night to provide any assistance you may need.  Highly Recommended!

Amazing Oasis - Super clean and quiet

We spent there one night right after we arrived from europe. 
To stay after arrival and before a safari it was ok. 
We had a quiet room and still could have dinner after 22 o‘clock. 
For breakfast there was a buffet. 
Everyone was friendly and all was clean.

For after arrival or before a flight back home

WE STAYED FOR TWO DAYS THERE WITH OUR FAMILY OF FOUR INCLUDING KIDS. THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE THE STAFFS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. WE HAD A NICE AND COMFORTABLE STAY THERE.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY IN ARUSHA

Reservations were made via email and Mr. Hassan was very responsive. He also helped arrange transport from JRO airport. The Tulia is hidden from the Arusha streets. We were welcomed and given a clean, comfortable, and quiet room overlooking a courtyard with a gallery of painted art-perfect for overcoming jet lag.  Breakfast had many choices. In all, a very nice place - especially for the price. Be aware: They prefer to be paid in cash where possible.

We stayed here for 1 night as a base before we headed out on safari into tarangerie - Ngorongoro and Serengeti. 

The hotel reception area was lovely and clean, friendly staff throughout hotel. Nice dinner and breakfast in the morning before we headed out. 

The room itself - It was fine for 1 night to get some rest after a long journey travelling from the UK. It was very basic. Did seem a little grimey but not sure if it’s just because the room was very old and outdated and very dark, the light was really dim. But for what we needed it for to get some sleep, it was fine. 

Hotel has a pool but we didn’t use.

An okay stay. Room very basic. Friendly staff.

This hotel has beautiful spacious rooms. It is extremely comfortable and the service is impeccable. It is a real sanctuary in Arusha and has a lovely little pool and garden. The food was very good and there was both a buffet and an a la carte option. The staff were very friendly and the manager couldn't do enough for us. A very good choice in Arusha.
