I was a little hesitant to book here but I’m glad I did.

It’s a nice spot well located in Oysterbay.

I booked the chalet and I liked it very much. Clean, spacious, AC. Fridge.

Staff friendly and helpful 

Lovely restaurant and bar. Food I thought was reasonably priced.

I gave 5 stars, but, to the management, it’d be fantastic if the WiFi was a little better in the chalet, and a small pool on the property would make the place out of this world!

A fine place

We arrived after dark and I have to admit I was a little confused about driving into a seemingly residential area for my accommodation, but in the morning for my bearings and realized how close we truly were to Coco Beach. 
The staff were marvelous and very helpful, especially when we were preparing for a walking excursion of the city. They  mentioned what to be aware of and also what attractions to check out.
The restaurant and bar are fabulous, set in a lovely garden.  We had front row seats for the euro cup semi finals with food and buckets of beer.
The room was good. Clean and hot water.

Relaxin

I stayed here twice in a week.  The rooms are nice with air conditioning and built-in bathrooms.  Check in was very easy.  Breakfast in the morning was delicious.  The hotel is walking distance to an ATM, several restaurants, and Coco Beach.  The hotel also serves food and drinks.  If you're a light sleeper, the music from the bar may bother you, but it didn't seem to go late into the night.  Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Nice Hotel in the heart of Dar es Salaam

Great staff and nice location. Would be absolutely amazing place if only if had a swimming pool. Edgar was great to deal with and the staff were always willing to provide assistance. The bed is only a double and very soft.

Great staff

The staff were amazing, really helpful!! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. It is situated close to the airport and therefore convenient for us. 

The food, however, was not good at all and extremely high priced!!

Staff excellent!!

I booked trinity as i happened to visit the bar and thought the rooms would be nice. The bar and restaurant are in a lovely garden area which is a highlight here. 

Our room on the other hand was a disappointment for the price we paid. The bathroom was not v clean, towels were damp, floor was sticky. Water pressure was weak. The room was not well ventilated so we just kept the main door open. We could clearly hear the neighbours and were disturbed by their every move well into the night. Thin walls. 

The staff particularly the receptionist were generally pleasant and helped us at various occasions. However, when we checked out there didn't seem to be any attempt to take our bags out. We ended up carrying it ourselves. Seemed like we were doing them a favour. The food was ok. Breakfast was below average. 

Overall I was expecting a higher standard for the price but generally got a feeling that the place was not well maintained. 

Disappointed

This review is sad for me to write because I use to enjoy the stay at triniti. But at the moment I can not sleep because of the sound the water makes when it drips on the bed. Also the sheets got mold on them. No television (I don't use it). I can hear the conversation of the people in the room next to mine. I can't help to think they haven't payed for the room and is just bumming there for the night / friend of a friend or something. 

I use to come here at least 6 times a year when I have to spend a night in Dar. I won't spend another night here ever. 

Sorry Triniti but you have cancer and is dieing slowly. 

PS can't complain about the bar.
