In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that guests are required by the property to settle a 30% deposit by bank transfer or Paypal prior to arrival. To confirm the reservation, the deposit must be paid within 2 days after the email with the payment instructions from the property has been received. The balance will be paid directly at the property via cash only. A security deposit of THB 17000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. |
