Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 30000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 60kWh per day. Additional usage will be charged separately at an extra 7 THB/Unit. A surcharge of 1,000 THB applies for arrivals and departures after check-in and check-out hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
