Fantastic
A cheerful and cute looking place that is well located in a quiet spot not far from the main Chiang Rai bus station. I'd best describe it as a backpacker resort rather than a hotel or similar, but I really liked it overall. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The bathrooms have an interesting design and aesthetic that goes beyond the simply functional. There is a light breakfast available consisting of tea/coffee, toast and jam, and eggs (self-cooked) which is enough to get you up and going. The only negatives I encountered was a room door that required a fair slam to close and lock, and once again no mini-fridge - though chilled water was available on tap for refilling bottles whenever you wanted. Absolutely recommended for those looking for reasonably priced quiet accommodation in Chiang Rai - not just backpackers and younger travellers.
