The living area of the villa is 352 sq. m. m, it can accommodate 2-3 families. The villa is equipped with a smart home system. The pool is located inside the house, on the second floor, with a terrace. The villa has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, each bedroom has a TV. There are 2 guest bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a dining room, a wine room, a back patio with a barbecue and sun loungers. There is a gym on site.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a completely isolated area, it can be called a separate apartment with its own kitchen, small living room, bedroom with bathroom and additional guest toilet and laundry room. In the living room on the ground floor there is a double sofa bed. On the second floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen and a dining table. Panoramic windows open completely. Also on the second floor there is a summer veranda with a swimming pool, a sofa, a dining table, a guest toilet, combined with the main living room. On the third floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with a private bathroom, built-in wardrobes and panoramic windows.
