This is not the first time I went to Hat Yai but this is was my first time choose to stay at this Hotel. A very warm welcome from a bellman and welcome drink was been serviced by a female receptionist upon check-in. (It was too bad I didn't catch their names.) I was booked 02 deluxe room for me and my family and the check-in procedure is very smooth and fast. Location was very strategic. Walking distance for Farmacy, massage parlour, 7-11 and more. They also provide limousine service so you no need to worry about transportation. The driver uncle was very polite and very helpful. The room comes with one king-size bed and a sofa. The room was clean and comfortable. The mini-bar was complimentary. Just the room number 406 the water pressure was quite slow but overall was good. A really special thanks to Detbdins who was very helped a lot during my stayed and the best thing he was fluent in Mandarin, Thai even Cantonese. He was making our stay more memorable. Good job and keep it up! I would absolutely repeat my stay at this hotel again! :D
