Peter the receptionist was fantastic and accommodating, working to switch our room to a lower floor when my girlfriend injured her foot, and offering valuable information for how to get around and the best places/things to book. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The cleaning lady was super friendly and would say hello to us every morning, as did the lady in the coffee shop downstairs. This great service with the great location made for a wonderful experience. Not to mention access to the sister hotels pool which is a few minutes walk away. Thank you and we will be back next time we're in Karon beach
