Reading some reviews have made us quite perplexed. The bungalows are situated in the middle of a jungle... in a humid country... if you don't like creepy crawlies why would you come to this country let alone stay in a bungalow in the middle of a jungle?! And then complain about it?? The bungalows are perfect. They are clean. They have a T.V. They have air conditioning!! John was so kind and accommodating that he wouldn't clean the room unless we asked (That is for privacy reasons). We were running very low on cash when we arrived and John helped us pay our driver as our card had been swallowed in a cash point in Bangkok that day! We will forever be greatful for finding this little gem and we have discussed with many friends and family about returning again! Until we meet again John, please know that you are doing an AMAZING job there and you and all of the dogs and cats made our stay so enjoyable! We look forward to booking with you again sometime!!!
