Stayed there almost 3 weeks in November 2018 I had a Cliff Wing Double bedroom and I really liked the Place The hotel is located on White Sand beach, it has a direct access to the sea but there is no beach, if you want to swim there is a nice swimming pool and there are chairs and table with a view on the sea. The sandy beach it self is a 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. There is a 7/11 just next door. There are bars, restaurants, and a travel agent that also provides laundry and scooter rental just across the road. There is a parking for motorbikes. The staff was friendly and the breakfast is good (you can choose one of the several sets and have fruit juice and coffee/tea) and offers several options. The cliff wing room I had was basic but had all the comfort (comfy large bed, refrigerator, air-con, TV) although the furniture seemed a bit old, it was OK. I couldn't get the WiFi in my room or on my balcony (the room was a bit far from the lobby but I think the poolside rooms have WiFi). The room did not have a safe but you can rent a safe deposit box at the reception. The best feature of the room was a super nice balcony with 2 chairs, a little table with a super view on the sea (see the picture) I really enjoyed that balcony which was the perfect spot to relax, read after a day at the beach, it is very quiet and the view is beautiful. Will definitely come again if I go back to Koh Chang.
