This is a really nice place to stay if you have the money, absolutely gorgeous terass where you can enjoy the view of the bay as you eat your breakfast. Really nice lounge area upstairs and overall a very relaxing and quiet vibe. There's also a shop across the street. Breakfast is worth the price. Salakphet is a quiet place and basically everything closes at 9PM. Use the free kayaks offered and see the Mangroves up close and paddle in between the houses to see the real local lifestyle (I also recommend walking around the village onto the different piers). For a more western vibe head to the Fishermen's Hut restaurant that's run by a Swedish guy, good food and excellent boat trips from there. Things to see close by: Boat trips(Talk to the Swedish guy at Fishermen's Hut), Long Beach, Mangrove Walkaway, the Temple, Kayaking and the village itself.
