Please check out our other reviews to see we always leave an honest opinion. Upon arrival we were asked to wait approx five mins. No issues. Staff were very friendly. We then got taken to our room which was a superior ocean view. As we got to the room the staff were there to greet us with a birthday cake and singing happy birthday to our aunt which was amazing. The room is a little dated but the views were spectacular!! Rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed - oh the bed !! It was the most comfortable cosy bed we have ever slept in. I’m not joking !!! I don’t know what mattress it was but wow !!! Never slept like that anywhere on hols. There are wild monkeys running around so you have to take care in case ur carrying food etc but again this added to the rustic charm of the hotel. Pool area is beautiful but could do with a little tlc but absolutely fit for purpose. I mean maybe new umbrellas cutting back some bushes etc. there is also a few steps to the pool but the views you get are amazing. breakfast was good with enough choice. Nobly thing I would perhaps suggest is to ask for teabags as the tea they make is quite weak, but still tasted good. On the whole the hotel is a little dated and could do with a little tlc as you can really see how amazing this hotel would be. But, the staff were exceptional, and rug was charm of the hotel more than compensated. Would we stay again ? Most definitely
