Although this business has changed from hostel to restaurant they have got it right with the main man and his pasta making abilities ! Fresh fresh fresh hand made pasta... if you live in Koh Phangan you don’t need to go to Italy anymore as the chef has has come here and makes the most authentic amazing fresh pasta... must go and try it !! I’ve been several times while here in Koh Phangan and can’t resist coming back 😋
