This is the worst guesthouse I have ever stayed at. The bedsheets and towels were stained. We had ants in our beds and bathroom. The sink didn’t work, and the shower barely worked as well.
Even though it’s cheap, you can find much better! Ended up leaving, and booked a different hotel.

Tips: if you end up staying here, use flip flops, your own towel and a sleeping bag!!

Nightmare

I changed hotels after my first night in Phi Phi.  I and so glad I selected the P & P House.  It was a very nice and quiet location for rhe busy night life in Phi Phi.  I would definately stay again if ever in Phi Phi.

Would Stay Again

I rarely right reviews. Felt compelled for this one. 

This is the hotel people warn you about.  Im a frequent budget traveler & have stayed in some dodgy rooms. This place however is on completely other level. 

Literally blood stains on the sheets.

Insert key card into wall receptacle, entire thing falls off the wall. 

Safety deposit box on wall not working (tell front desk, so sorry broken). 

No soap in bathroom at all. Old school tap need to pump it for ‘some’ water to come out. 

Hole in door to room. 

I was going to tuff it out until a ‘family’ of cockroaches came from under my bed. Immediately packed up. Walked to front desk. 

They charged me full price of the room for being in it 20 min. I could tell there was no sense arguing because it was prepaid via one of the big app sites. 

DONT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING THIS PLACE 😄

Horror hotel

We stayed one night in a triple room in this guesthouse.. It was basic but having said that the price was only 30 euro for the night between 3 of us so what do you expect .. The beds and room were clean ,, air con was good .. The bathroom was like a wet room as there wasn't a proper shower base but it didn't really matter as we didn't plan to spend long in the room ect .. The family seemed nice that run it and you couldn't have a better location as its right in the centre .. Overall I was happy enough and I would stay again .. Thank you p&p

Happy with this accom

I stayed several days here in Phi Phi while mainly scuba diving. I found it very good for the money: well located, close to bars, restaurants and shops (but just far enough away that noise is not really a problem unless you are noise sensitive); not too far from the main beach; and with decent rooms. Certainly with me, the service was good: friendly and helpful.

All in all, a good option at a reasonable price.

Well located budget hotel

Decided to stay an extra night but our hotel was fully booked and we found this on the way out and wished we'd booked this first, the rooms are good clean and owners are lovely they'll even look after your stuff while you wait for the ferry with your drunk friend lol
