We stayed in a room where the AC wasn't working and since it was raining heavily outside all day. We mostly stayed in the room and complained about the same to the staff to which I was told hotel is sold out and thr is nothing much that they could do. Fortunately, the new hotel owner reached out to us in the evening and got our room changed right at that point. He was very helpful. Thank you
