Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of THB 2,000 for 3 nights is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the property provides free cleaning service twice a week the villa, the pool and garden areas as well as the change of bedsheets, towels and toiletries but NO DISH WASH.Please note that the rate does not include electricity fee and water fee. Guests are required to settle the fee upon the check-out by cash. The cost of the electricity and water consumption are THB 10 per electrical unit and 100 THB per Cubic unit.
