The Shangri-la hotel has a great location and everyone from housekeeping to the front desk / concierge staff is quick to help the confused guest. Make sure you visit the chocolate shop located in the lobby. Only negative: breakfast buffet is extremely crowded and quite honestly very average compared to similar 5 star Asian hotels. Insider tip: Club floor is excellent and well worth it. Have breakfast there instead of the downstairs buffet.
