Chaweng Budget Hotel is right at the Chaweng Beach opposite the Chaweng Cove Resort. While there is an annoyance that you do not find staff in the reception of the Chaweng Budget Hotel as most times they are just across the road at the resort. They totally make up for it with excellent service and access to the gym and pools in the resort. Especially when the rains got really crazy at Koh Samui, the hotel staff did everything they could to arrange transportation for us at the earliest. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
