when we rocked up the bunglow we had booked hed been booked for a long term, we have been to this resort 25 times and have found all the staff very friendly along with good service, so what happened they gave us a pool villa with a view which was an upgrade and was really appreciated pool very clean along with bathroom etc, only complaint is that there was no WI FI had to walk up to the office to get on line, also we received 3 bottles of water daily which was good but no TV . You can walk for 5 mins to The Regge bar just up the road for good cheap Thai food etc no need to catch a Taxi, also I must say the beach was very very clean so was a 5 night stay to remember
