Wow what a great place to stay in Kho Samui. About a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 15 minute walk to all the amazing restaurants in Fisherman's village. I was with my nephew and we were welcomed by a lovely lady and shown to our villa, and had a very nice welcome coconut each. If you want the sterile environment of an Ibis or Hilton hotel this place is probably not for you. If you want a nice homely comfortable environment Ban Kaew Villas is for you. Our villa was huge -two double beds, a nice large bathroom with walk in shower, and a Sofa/ living room area to watch tv etc. We extended our stay here as it was so nice -the plan was to stay in a few other places in Kho Samui but we didn't want to leave this place. Our villa was cleaned daily whilst we were out. They supply beach towels for you to take out and a polite notice to bring them back. We also had a huge veranda/Patio area to chill at night. The staff we met were super nice but never in your face.We were told on arrival if we needed anything, or needed to speak to someone, just what's app them and they attend. To be honest we only ever saw one lady who used to come around in the evening to light the citronella candle. Would love to revisit with my wife next time.
