Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 7 per unit. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out. A maid service is provided twice per week. Towels and linen are changed twice a week. Please note that guests, who wish to make use of airport transfer, are kindly requested to directly contact the property in advance via email.
