We had a fantastic stay and were impressed from start to finish. The staff were consistently pleasant, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was always inviting, with plenty of freshly cooked food to suit all tastes. Everything was well presented and plentiful each morning. We stayed in the villa area close to the beach and lawned grounds, surrounded by mature trees. The area was very pleasant, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. Maid service was provided daily, with fresh towels, bottled water, tea, coffee, and complimentary cans of Coke and Sprite, which was a lovely touch. The pools were very clean, and the surrounding areas were well maintained and cleaned early every day. We were there for the New Year’s Eve Gala and entertainment, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The amount of effort and hard work put in by the hotel and its staff to provide this free event for guests was truly wonderful and very thoughtful. It included a free buffet, welcome cocktails, entertainment such as fire dancers, live music, and a fireworks display. The hotel and its employees should be extremely proud of what they achieved for guests from so many different nationalities. Our only minor fault was the lack of sun beds at busy times, with some guests reserving them early with towels but not using them until later in the afternoon. Overall, this is a warm, welcoming hotel with pleasant surroundings, clean and well-maintained gardens, and excellent service throughout. We would happily return.
