My husband and I stayed for 3 nites at Sala in Koh Samui. We absolutely loved our room with a private pool and gorgeous living space. But, what we appreciated most was the exceptional staff. My husband ended up getting sick prior to our stay and the manager Kate called for their on call physician. She also arranged for soup and other food for my husband to eat without charge. In addition, she called me everyday to see how he was and how I was. And asked if we needed anything. Kate and her amazing ladies at the front lobby were incredibly warm, thoughtful and caring. We loved our room but we would come back for the excellent service. In addition, Erwin the general manager took the time to show us around the property and history of the hotel. He was also very kind and so welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel with warm and caring people. It felt like being around family!
