The Best Hostel

Koh Tao

A very clean and usually quiet place, new and confortable rooms. It stands in walking distance to the beach, very easy to access. While I was there, they offered a nice barbecue on the house for the New Year's Eve : )

Clean and cool.

The best hostel is hard to find at first but a hidden gem. The walk to the town isn't too bad. It's a little out of the way but provides good showers, beds and common area. 
The common area is more a few picnic tables that are great for pre drinking and socializing. They do have a pool table area next door as well. 
The staff are helpful and accommodating. 

Off the beaten path with great atmosphere 

We arrived in koh tao 2 days before the worst rain fall to hit the island in 20 years!

If it wasn't for this hostel, the family that runs it and the people staying here I think we would have gone crazy.

Rooms are cleaned everyday, outside areas are lovely and cleaned all day everyday by the hardworking staff. They leant us all their waterproofs when we wanted to go out, booked taxis and Ferrys for those trying to get off the island and helped out guests who couldn't get more cash out. Tea and coffee are available free, wifi is pretty good for this area and they serve food too.

The beach is a 10 minute walk down a lovely path through the trees, and there are loads of bars and restaurants just a short 10 minute walk in the other direction. It's in a rural setting but everything you need is easily accessible and it's only a 10 minute taxi from the pier (get in one of the open topped 4x4s, it's a great way to introduce yourself to koh tao and it's bustling streets!)

Honestly, we were so touched by the kindness shown to us by the  people here, who have had parts of their town swept away by floods. I would recommend this place for anyone as they do all sorts of rooms as well as private beach huts. Wonderful people who made this nightmare situation into a memorable experience I will never forget! 

Saved our visit to koh tao!

To highlight the attention since the arrival of its owners, with respect to the rooms are very clean as well as all its bathrooms, the location is very nice because it is located a few blocks from the shopping center and I think it is the first place where you get a relaxing atmosphere, I hope to return one day thanks to you.

Comfortable, clean and attentive 10 ptos

I spent 3 night in a dormitory of 12 persons. The room was clean but its not enough 
Unfortunately this is absolutely impossible to sleep well because of the noise all night long. All night it was a parade of drunk people who tried to join their bed, they were disrespectful overlooked people sleeping, it ruined all my nights.
Im used to dormitory but never had to deal with that kind of people. Staff doesn't care about your feeling maybe they should be more strict about our politics noise. 
I recommend for the one who never sleep but for the one who need to sleep well before à long day please chose another one.
Morever, the staff was inconvénient, when we asked for another blanket they said no, when we asked to light up the air conditionner in the afternoon they said no. 
It wasnt a good stay here, we didn't like it. 

To much noisy impossible to sleep

The hostel was very clean and staff were helpful when sorting taxis etc. Tea coffee available aswel as laundry. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach by path (not main road). Only problem was that they did not provide keys so door to dorm was not locked at night.
