Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

A security deposit of THB 2,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Breakfast is not included with the room. Breakfast is available at an additional charge. Breakfast is at Permpooncup Coffee from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM and at the Sairee Cottage main restaurant from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Both offers a-la-carte menu. Candles or mosquito coils are not allowed in the room. Guests who will have an early check-out before 08:00 AM must inform the property at least 1 day in advance. Guests who wish to extend their stay, please contact the reception at least 24 hours in advance. Hot shower is not available in both "Fan Bungalow Double Bed" and "Fan Bungalow 2 Single Beds" room types. No show reservation without prior notice will be charged automatically. Quiet hour is from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM. The property does not guarantee the availability of the room if the guest would wish to extend. Please check with the front desk. The property is not responsible for loss and damaged items. Safety box is available in the room. Visitor are not allowed in the room. Weapons, drugs and gambling are not allowed in the property. Wi-Fi is available in every room. Windows and doors should be kept locked when guests leave the room. |
