Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% refundable accommodation deposit at the time of the booking.
The final 50% payment is due no later than 60 days (90 days for Festive) prior to the proposed date of arrival at the ANI Private Resort booked. All deposits become non-refundable within 60 days (90 days for Festive) of your arrival. If the Client makes a reservation less than 60 days (90 days for Festive) prior to the proposed date of arrival, such bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 100% pre-payment, plus any additional sums due to any external transport or transfer operators, all of which shall be paid as far as possible in advance of the proposed date of arrival. The method by which guests should pay for the booking will depend on where guests are making the reservation, and our reservations office will provide full details when they send guests the invoice.
As with any travel, we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance which gives full cancellation cover. Please note guests are also liable for any payments outstanding on the date the cancellation is received. Guests must send us all cancellations clearly and in writing to avoid any errors.
