We only stayed here a night but it was great value and we had a really nice stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to solve problems as soon as possible, they were also happy to carry our luggage up the stairs, no questions asked. 
The room itself met all our basic needs. The bed was huge and the room was very clean.
Overall I would return here and recommend it to travellers on a budget!

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable stay

The housewife stole a lot of stuff from me, it's really embarrassing. hotel is located on a very noisy street. really very disappointed. i'd rather pay a little more and be quiet. otherwise basic room with a shower stick to the toilet.

admonishes strongly

If you looking for a relaxing holiday at Patong, forget this place, their location are good, close to major attraction at Patong, not far from all famous restaurant (within 1km walk), beside major road. Their problem are too close to anything, as you know, Patong are very busy and crowed of people, you wont sleep very well here, full of sounds of various activity.

Room are big consider what you paid for, the towel and sheet they provide are not new but clean. Helpful owner in the morning to make sure everyone cant catch up their transfer to any day trip tour.

Good location

Hotel conveniently located close to the nightlife of Patong spacious and comfortable and clean rooms. Staff available if needed. Not very far from the beach, nothing to blame. Possibilities to take a taxi or tuk tuk easily large axis passing in front of the hotel causing noisy in the rooms on the street side.

It's a good hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights in January, room was large and well cleaned daily staff were busy in hallways daily dealing with the mosquito's with electric swatters to keep them out of rooms. Only a 5 minute walk to Jung Ceylon shopping complex and the Banzan markets and bangla road.Only drawback is the roadworks out front but its not a big problem they have been fixing this road in sections for the last 2 years. Would stay again and recommend.

Good Location Very Clean

Despite it was sometimes difficult to communicate with the staff I think well about my stay here. The room was spatious, clean and very comfortable. The whole inn must have been renovated not so long ago. Considering Phuket prices it was also inexpensive.
It is 15 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins walk from the famous- infamous road of a nightlife and 5 mins walk from a mall. in front of the Inn there is a scooter rental (i reccomend to take a whole day trip around the island).

Good standard and comfortable, well sittuated on the map

The Manager of this hotel i think his name is rith would put other hotel managers to shame, he ran the hotel and the supermarket alongside it almost single handed, he was there day and night checking people in and out,dealing with difficult customers,language barriers,renting motor bikes,serving in the supermarket,all with tremendous patience and a smile.
The rooms were spotless, sheets and towels changed every day,free safe in the room 70 plus tv channels (FLAT SCREEN TV),nice clean bathroom with hot water and shower.
Only downside is no lift which is more or less the norm in this part of the country for this class of hotel but you can be sure the manager will haul your luggage up the stairs for you no problem .
