Just remember when booking you in the back of beyond expectations shouldn’t be high no one speaks English so what not the end of the world everyone had a smile for me there all pleasant and yes I’d love to stay again the views where amazing the room was like a tree house no WiFi not the end of the world I  was happy with my stay thank you 

Fishing trip

Not at all what it looks like in the photos. No one speaks English at the resort. My room has no view and the resort isn’t even close to being full. I tried to ask 2 staff for a room change to a river view room but no one could help or speak English. Room is dark and there is music next door until midnight so bring ear plugs. Breakfast is pricy. Avoid this one.

Disappointing 

My partner and I stayed here for two nights while passing through on the Mae Hon Song Loop. It was cute, but with age and being in amongst the tree lots of bugs were in the room, some of the doors didn’t close- which allowed further insects in. Bed was comfy, air con worked well and drinking water was provided. 
The hot water didn’t work however and to be honest we felt like an inconvenience to the staff. They were not the friendliest, but oh well. 

Good for a night or two

After a long hard drive over the mountains we were looking forward to staying here.
It was difficult to find, when we did find it after dark we were lead along a wooden uneven platform to a set of really unsafe wooden steps to our rooms.
Positive good sized bed with a single in room so good for family's, full size fridge in room. Air con 
Negatives. No tea or coffee making facilities, nothing fitted, windows , walls ,door all with big gaps, it wasn't the heat I was worried about getting more than the wild life.
Bathroom water outlet a hole in the wall large enough to let the fattest of rats in. Mouldy walls around the shower. Generally yuk.
They did offer 2 pairs of slippers and flip flops but they had been worn many times and were dirty (nasty)
The whole place needs condemning major maintenance undertaken, it truly in unsafe, the wood on the walkways and stairs are rotten and falling away.
The staff were as helpful as the could be for 2 children (15/16).
The breakfast was not good. The coffee was terrible and made us sick later in the day.
Would definitely not recommend there are much better hotel for less or the same price.

Not at all what it looks like in the photos 

The hospitality view and wifi were the greatest things to say about this place. 

The room situated on the bank of river so it is beautiful..BUT...it is kida weird to me such as..there is a tree in a room, i mean, they built it cover the tree so it through the floor to the top roof. I understand the eco-friendly logic anyhow it is not my thing. 

The room is big but flat screen TV does not work and funny smell at the toilet. The smell was unbearable to me. Plus I found five cockroaches, i killed one of them, so let say four. 

The hospitality IS GREAT! She is helpful and always available. I would not want to go back because the priority thing for me is cleanses.

Well,

We stayed here for two nights before we went on a trekking tour. It's a little outside the city centre, but in 10 minutes you're also at the lake.

For the conditions very orderly

This affordable resort is a little out of the way of the hustle - as far as you can even talk about hustle in Mae Hong Son - yet everything is also well within walking distance. The reception was ok, there is only very little English speaking staff. Still everything went smoothly across the stage. The rooms are spacious with a huge bathroom, everything very clean. The rooms themselves are a little bright, otherwise the resort is located in a quiet area, WLan was mixed up, partly extremely fast to other times by the bits individually by the wire. All in all but ok. Noise disturbances were not present. The normal and standard part of the breakfast is appropriate. The price ratio is very narrow (900 Bahut including the early one) is very good. This hotel will also be in a very good after-hours option.

You can recommend it with a good conscience.

This was one of the hotels we stayed in when we were traveling in Thailand. We lived in an improved room. The room had a nice bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a clear sheet and free wifi. The girl at the reception was very nice, I needed to know where the nearest store was, and she even took me there on a motorcycle, waited for me to buy everything I needed and took me back to the hotel.

I'll come again, for sure.

The newer resort has large rooms with wooden floors and a bathroom with rain shower. Our room on the first floor was so clean and we didn't have ants etc. In the room. For breakfast there was very good coffee, toast and chicken (of choice). The only drawback: the rooms are a little rusty, but we had quiet neighbors.
