Small and simple accommodation with warm hosts. Everything you need is available. Bungalows are cleaned daily without request. A place to feel good. Due to the construction of the bungalows smaller insects can be in the bathroom. Typically Asia. Each bungalow has a hammock:-)

Absolutely relaxed

I paid 1700bath pr night, way to much for this dtandard. Would have been okey if i paid low budjet, but no cleaning, and to much moskitos and ants around in the cabin. Especially when i woke up in the morning- my backpack that was inside on the floor was allways full of ants, and when i took my cloths from the shelf, alot of moskitos allways flew out...

Expensiv hotel with low budjet standards

Speedboats will stop at Pattaya Beach and tourists are required to go through the immigration counter at the same beach. 

This resort is just a walking distance from immigration so you don’t really have to walk far. It’s a bit secluded but there’s a signboard so it’s quite easy to find. 

It is also walking distance to the Koh Lipe Walking Street which means you don’t really burn calories to go to the Street. 

Upon my arrival, I was a little bit disappointed as nobody was waiting for us at the reception, in fact we waited for more than half an hour before the owner came. We asked around the locals nearby if they could help us to call the owner but it seemed like no one understood us. 

Room is a bit small but okay for 2 adults. Washroom doesn’t have a door, they just use curtain to separate the room and washroom. No in-room toiletries are provided but you may get it at nearby 7-eleven or other stores at the Walking Street. 

The room is made from woods and bamboos. Some part of the wooden floor is rotten so be careful. 

All in all, you get exactly what you paid for. If you have extra budget, you may browse another options to stay.

It's unfortunate.

Seaside Resort is a nice place, next to the beach. When you arrive on Ko Lipe by boat, this is only a few steps away from the point of arrival. The bungalows are charming and have a nice balcony with hammock and seats. Although Ko Lipe is very crowded at high season, the resort is not big and pretty quiet. The service is good, the owner arranged us ferry tickets to Langkawi for a fair price.

+ I had a wonderful night at Seaside Resort. My first impression was this is only one resort that i have ever seen in Koh Lipe that they still have many big trees around. You will feel relax and cold from the nature not by Air-con . and next was They treat us like family. Definitely come back again

Nice place to stay

Perfect place to stay. 
When you arrive by boat to Pattaya beach (high season) this accommodation is just 3-5min walk from where you go through the beach immigration and get your park ticket. 

The huts are set just 30 second walk back from the beach although are not right on the beach. 
Yes, they're basic but the bed was comfy and had a decent mosquito net. The bathroom was huge with great hot shower. I had a hut with one fan but didn't need more and sometimes didn't even have it on as it was quite cool (December). 
I also had a little porch and comfy hammock to laze in. 

You're only 5mins walk from Walking street and there's plenty of restaurant/food options along the beach just steps away. 

If you read reviews on Agoda or other booking sites you'll see some people complained about mosquitos but unless you're going to live in a space suit underground, you'll never escape mosquitos on a small island. Yes there are plenty of them but I wore repellent and used a mosquito coil (bought along walking street in 7-11) and only got a couple of bites in a week. 

Also, the staff aren't the most customer friendly but they did what they had to - check me in, showed me my cabin, checked me out again. 

There's no cleaning/bed service so go elsewhere if you need your bed or towels changed daily. 
The place also lost a point because wifi doesn't work in the cabins (only in the reception) but then again wifi isn't good on the whole island. 

I also extended my stay for much cheaper than the rates online so maybe just book a few nights and do the rest on site. 

Some people say Sunrise beach is nicer. It is but i found it to be more crowded and the water a bit calmer on Pattaya. 
In any case Sunrise and sunset beaches aren't more than 15-20mins walk away. 

Don't worry about staying here. It's pretty perfect unless you're a big spender. I'll definitely stay here again if I return
