Hotel Baansabairimkhong is conveniently located in a quiet area, 200 meters from the tenant to Laos and 500 meters from the center, on the Mekong River. The walk passes in front of the hotel. Bicycles and motorbikes can be rented by going out on the main street by going out on the left. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished in a modern style. The bed is wide and very comfortable. Everything is clean. In the morning, tea and coffee are available but nothing to eat. Do like me, honey bread and jams purchased on 7/11.

A nice hotel by the Mekong River

I would have rated this place slightly better if it was not for noise endured especially early morning and during the day. The acoustics in this place would put the best concert hall to shame, the noise from reception, the overheard conversations and the constant clanging of dishes being washed spoiled the one night we stayed. Our room was right next to reception and people were constantly walking up and down too. 
The door to our room was a bit iffy lock wise and badly needed some sound proffing.
Windows badly needed a clean and mould was quite evident in the upper panes.
Apart from all the above the room was huge with a fair size bathroom area and also a small supplementary sitting room too although just basic wooden chairs and table.
A great little garden area to enjoy a free coffee and access to the parking area was easy too. Location is quite handy to a few restaurants and bars and the market and pier.
Maybe there better rooms in the place, certainly do not take the ground floor one next to reception.

Terrific views and pleasant settings

We had a clean room and the staff who didn't speak English were very friendly and friendly. They welcomed us at 4 a.m. and allowed us to do a washing machine for free because it wasn't a service they had planned. We stayed only one night and asked not to make our room.

Advised!

Stayed in one of the balcony rooms, lovely views from the windows and balcony.  The room is large and clean - appeared a bit sparse as all the walls and furniture had been painted white.  To really enjoy the views from the balcony you need to turn off the air con as the unit is mounted on the balcony, so was quite noisy.  Good parking right outside and I think they are missing a trick by not doing food as there is plenty of space for people to sit and eat.  Would have given a better overall rating but I 'lost' a pair of brand new sunglasses here.

Beautiful views

This guesthouse situated in a very good location on a riverside. I was there last year on January. My husband and I stayed on the third floor in a room with curved balcony. We got cool breeze from Laos and a panoramic view of Mae Khong River that I bet you couldn't get it from other hotels in the neighborhood. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is nice. Cons are breakfast (can I call toast and 3in1 instant coffee a breakfast?), narrow entrance and tiny parking area.

Very nice location on the river front. Very good river views to laos. The owner is nice and good person. The place is > 500 mtr to river side markets but very close to other guest houses and also other restaurants nearby. The room is good and big but owner should maintain the upkeep etc.

Very nice location

I found this place from agoda but we just walked without reservation. We are lucky to have the choices of room for balcony or without. We picked the one without balcony since we could simply sit at the lounge and enjoyed the view.

The hotel is behind the hospital and closed to Tha sadet market, restaurants and cake at Toey in walking distance. 

The room is in white tone color and roomy. The bathroom is clean. Staffs, uncleand auntie, are nice to us. The only bad thing I could think of is wifi speed. It was pretty slow. 

The room rate didnt come with breakfast. We love to see the city and people, so we went to the local market to get breakfast instead of going for some fancy place.

I recommend everyone to wake up early to do the merit at 5:30AM and meet the kind aunties at Tha sadet and do some Tai chi free lesson with grandnies at the Chinese temple nearby. Live you life a bit slower and you would certainly enjoy it!

Sabai sabai rim khong

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, laughable figure, indoor parking. The hotel is in a very quiet location. Overall we were very happy, and the figure we paid is really laughable!!! Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility.
